Order Cancellation WindowOrders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation requests will be subject to the following terms:
- Cancellation within 24–72 hours: Orders cancelled after the initial 24-hour period but within 72 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Post-Dispatch or Production Cancellations: Once the parcel has been dispatched or the order is already in production, cancellations cannot be processed, and no refund will be issued.
Our order cancellation policy helps maintain the integrity and efficiency of our production process. We respect the hard work and dedication of our designers and craftsmen, and we’ve put these measures in place to prevent sudden cancellations that affect their valuable time and resources. Additionally, customised orders require significant effort and specialised materials, which are often specific to the client's request. As such, these orders cannot be reused for other clients.
Customised OrdersDue to the unique nature of custom patches, customised orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has started. This is because the design, materials, and time involved are tailored specifically for the client, and it is not feasible to repurpose such items. We encourage all clients to carefully review their order details before confirming a customised request.
