Design Process and Revisions

Unlimited Free Revisions on Digital Draft
You are entitled to unlimited revisions on the digital draft we share with you. Once you approve the digital draft, no further changes can be made. However, if necessary, you may contact our customer support team with your requirements, and we will try our best to accommodate any adjustments based on the situation.
Ownership of Design
You retain full ownership of any designs or logos you provide us. If our designer creates a logo, patch, trademark, or design for you, the final product will still belong to you. Bespoke Patches UK is not the owner of the patches or any designs shared with us by the client.
Intellectual Property Responsibility
It is essential that the designs you submit do not belong to another company or violate copyright laws. If it is discovered that the design is not original or infringes on another company’s intellectual property, Bespoke Patches UK reserves the right to take legal action against the client.

Shipping and Duty Charges

We do process international orders, and in such cases, the buyer is solely responsible for the shipping charges and any applicable duty fees. Please be aware of your country's customs regulations to avoid any unexpected costs.
